Been doing this workout arrangement several times a week. 30 minutes on the weight circuit then 30 minutes or more on the treadmill. Seems to be working out pretty good. Keep the heart rate up and insures that I don't over train on the treadmill. Started easy on the treadmill and after 10 minutes increased the pace one mph each minute until 5 1/2 mph. Slowly getting back into form.
Here is a shot at a 40k Championship Walk on the old Fort Monmouth 2k loop. It is pre 2001 and the 9/11 attacks. They closed access to the base after that. Man does time fly. Leaner, meaner training days.
